This hybrid shit just not going to work.

I've used hybrids before, not all of them are created equal, but they've been getting better every generation. Nowadays most of them work great as a laptop and work well enough as a tablet too. They're the very definition of versatility... runs touch apps, runs real work software too.

The main issue has typically been pricing - but this has a pretty darn reasonable starting price. The second issue has been cooling, but the newer-gen devices have been using much more efficient CPUs. They also give you a choice between a smaller SSD and a larger mechanical drive. So yeah, this one looks like a decent unit for the money. Personally I'd like it better if they offered it with an A10-Micro but that doesn't seem likely.

People that choose the HDD setup will have a bad time. I mean carrying that thing everywhere like a tablet will surely not be in favor for the mechanical drive.
