I'm trying to get a Toshiba OCZ RD400 M.2 NVME SSD to work on an Asrock Z170 Extreme 7+ motherboard. How do I do this?

I have 3 RD400s connected to the motherboard. They are detected under boot priority in the BIOS but beyond that, all hard drive pages of the BIOS say "Hard drive not detected".

Ultimately, I'm trying to set up 2 of them for RAID0 and an extra drive for data. I've already set the Boot option to CSM and I've set Launch Storage OpROM policy to UEFI only. I've set SATA Mode Selection to RAID. Intel Rapid Storage Technology shows "No Hard Drives Connected". Ideas?
