Toshiba oem disc

Hi guys i've wiped my whole drive & wiped my recovery partition in the process. <silly> me.

It had windows 8.1 on it.

toshiba want $66 dollars for a disc. i explained my backup disc i not working.

is there a oem version of windows 8 anywhere to download.

apparently my key is now built in on the bios & no sticker. so yeh just need a oem disc.

any help would be appreciated.
