I love the "Physical Destruction: Requires special equipment".

A hammer is special? About $5 at walmart. Takes about 5~10 seconds to destroy a drive.

One of my WIPE fun formats are:
A) The HD Distance and or Height Toss. Having ROOF access can be fun.
B) Hammer TIME!

How will the drive know the difference between being removed from a machine and a power outage. Or even moving the machine from one room to another. If the power supply is completely discharged wouldn't that also make the drive think it has been removed from the system? I would assume that the key is deleted when the drive is placed into another system, however forensic write blockers will stop the drive from changing itself. I don't think this is going to stop the people who really want access to the drive.
