When I talk with friend on skype and google + my sound doesn't work to person who speak me but i hear his voice by the way I am format my laptop from XP to window 7 32 bit. Could you please help me what kind of problem my laptop have and what kind of audio driver you recommend to me?

You can only get the correct drivers from your laptop maker's website, but whether or not they have Windows 7 drivers for your old-model laptop remains to be seen. If they don't have Windows 7 drivers you are stuck because you won't find the correct driver anywhere else.

You should have checked the laptop maker's website before changing XP to Windows 7, just to make sure they support Windows 7 on that model.
