Toshiba Satellite A665-S6086 CD/DVD/RW drive not working until I installed Windows 10

I have a Laptop Toshiba Satellite A665-S6086 My CD/DVD/RW drive was working fine until I installed Windows 10, now I am receiveing error code 19. I can see it in Device Manager and when I place a cd into the drive you can hear the drive/cd spinning. Any ideas on trouble shooting this? It appears to be a software issues/registry since the drive worked find prior to installing windows 10.

It's for Vista ,but I would imagine the process hasn't changed.

Thank you Barty1884! Yap, I did that and the DVD still will not work with windows 10. May have to forgo the use of Windows 10 for now. It's a shame too, because windows10 works better than the windows7.
