Toshiba satellite l655 won't turn on after cleaning

Today I took apart my laptop and cleaned it. When I set it back it stopped working. When i connect battery and charger their lights are on like it normaly should be. When I press power button lights blink and nothing happens... fan doesnt start, nothing... just a milisec blink of cpu and hard disk lights and then back to constant lights of battery and charger... Pls help!

Nothing much to do here, you took it apart, so you either did not hook everything up properly or broke something. Check all the connections. You may want to reseat the RAM and maybe pull the BIOS battery out for a few seconds to reset that, without the battery in the system.
