Toshiba Satellite running Windows 8 - All three USB ports broken

I have a Toshiba Satellite running Windows 8.1. I kind of broke all three USB 2.0 ports. Not off, but after a while of use, the ports would break and stop working forever. Is there anywhere I can get it replaced, and if so, should I have them fixed or just buy a laptop? Currently, my laptop has a terrible graphics card and goes very slow. Thanks!

A laptop definitely needs to have some working USB ports. Tough breaks, as they usually last the lifetime of the machine. While I would probably go with a new laptop at this point, particularly given that you are unsatisfied with the graphics. However, it is possible to replace the ports, and I included a guide above.
