Toshiba Satellite Windows 10 clean install issue; "Windows Software License Agreement"

My Toshiba Satellite kept going through a repair loop and, after trying everything I could, I used the Ultimate Boot Disc to wipe the whole thing clean. I purchased Windows 10 from the Microsoft site and used their tool to download the installation .iso file and burn it onto a DVD but when I try to install it (after the language/keyboard selection) it pops up with an error that says "Windows Cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation." I've installed a working copy of Windows 7 to make (relatively) sure that it's not a hardware issue, and there were no issue with it. I'm at my wit's end, I've done everything I can. Please help me!!

Hello loustupendous

Once you have removed your Windows 10 from your PC and have performed a clean install, you must Contact Microsoft Customer Support Team to reactivate the operating system.

At their end, they will ask you a few basic identification questions, and will activate your copy of Windows from there.
