Toshiba sattelite a665 downloads hardware radio switch is off windows 7

My toshiba laptop A665 is telling me that the hardware radio switch is disable. How do you enable it

usually there is either a switch on the side or front of the laptop, and/or one of the Function keys will disable/enable the wireless radio
