Question TOSHIBA SCREEEN REPLACEMENT

I HAVE A TOSHIBA P305-S8910 LAPTOP WITH A BLACK SCREEN. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF TO FIX IT. A FRIEND HAS A TOSHIBA P305-S8900 I CAN HAVE FOR PARTS...ARE THOSE SCREENS INTERCHANGEABLE?

It seems that both laptops use a similar LCD with a 30-pin connector.

You can borrow the parts for a test, you should test the LCD, the inverter board and the cable.
