total ram 10GB (4gb,4gb,2gb)
mother board: asus M5a97 R2.0
processor: amd 8150FX
This are my desktop specifications
iam using windows 7 64 bit operating system, in my computer properties it was showing installed ram 10GB(3.90 usable).
iam using virtualbox software i need total ram while using virtualbox, how can i use total installed ram
i already tryed msconfig process and latest bios update.
please help me

today i was changed os also like windows 10 pro, windows 8 also,
installed ram shows 10gb(3.90gb usable)

iam using windows 7ultimate 64bit os, this os installed another laptop it shows correctly.

In which case the first part of the solution is to install a properly licensed version of windows from microsoft, by having a torrented version of windows you don't really know what you have installed, could easily be 32bit just forced to report 64bit, you also do not know what else you have installed, there could be any number of 'additional features' that were installed along the way, key logging, botnets etc.

Please indicate that you understand and then this thread will be closed.
