Total War Rome 2 stutter

I've been having some strange stutter playing TOTAL WAR Rome 2 lately, only happening when I got like 20vs20 stacks of units or more.Fps look like they are fine but units move like its 1 fps.Camera is moving around fine.Do you have ideas guys?Did it happen on anyone else?
My specs are:
Intel i5 4690
Gtx 760 msi
Kingston hyper x 8gb (2x4gb kit)
H97m g43 guard pro msi

EDIT: It only seems to happen when units clash into each other and they all become one single blob.

No only during open field battle
No sieging issue.
