Running windows 10 on my ASUS Q550LF and touch screen does not work. Device manager shows that I have two graphics cards (Intel HD graphics family and NVIDIA GEForce GT 745 M) and they both have the exclamation point next to them. Both drivers are up to date, yet the touch screen will not work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It sounds to me like the drivers for Windows 10 haven't been officially made available to generic users of Nvidia builds yet, specifically in your circumstance. The only thing I can think of is: device manager >> Human Interface Devices >> HID Compliant Touch Screen >> Right Click >> Enable.

On the other hand, users (specifically gamers) have experienced issues with DX11 cards in Windows 10 due to it's DX12...
I've looked at the Asus site, and the drivers for Windows 10 aren't complete yet. There is a touchpad driver (is your touchpad working), but assuming that that's an actual full touch screen I don't see display drivers yet. Contact Asus; you may have to wait for the driver.

A lot of people are waiting for Win10 drivers.

I have ta similar problem with my asus ux501wj. My touchscreen is innop since the windows 10 update, but I do not have the graphics card errors that you have.

I contacted asus support, and they told me to reinstall the chipset drivers. They said the touchscreen drivers were part of that package. This did not work for me, but it could be worth a shot for you to try.

On the other hand, users (specifically gamers) have experienced issues with DX11 cards in Windows 10 due to it's DX12 framework, however your 2nd GPU (the Nvidia one) is DX12 compatible... Note: I'm not 100% sure on this.... just guessing 😀
