I just got a Brand new Dell p2418ht and am using it on windows 10 If I reboot my computer the touch capabilities work for the first five minutes and then it stops responding to a touch. I tried downloading the dell software, but no help there.

Edit: so it also works again after the computer 'wakes' up from sleep mode.

Solution
But I have found a solution (http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/threads/turn-touchscreen-sleep-off.32481/) basically go to HID interface and turn off the ability for the computer to put it in "power saving mode" please read this thread for a more in detail tutorial.
