Hi I touched my graphics card while playing game just to check how hot it was I touched it a couple of times and when i looked at screwn after that there were white glitched dots on my screen computer froze and restarted after that everything was fine I want to know is my gpu ok ?
I even ran haven test and score was 909 i have 1050ti

Solution
Cooler master 212 evo is cheap and good. Or you could just replace the thermal paste on your current cooler (Artic MX-4 is good and cheap).

My max gpu temp is 70 and cpu twmp goes to 80

It should be fine, if you're concerned you can always spray it with some compressed air, reinstall the drivers. In the future though, please use hw monitor, as this records the temperatures of all of your components.

I looked up that cpu cooler and maybe, it's time for you to upgrade your heatsink, as this looks tiny to me. Go on pc part picker and find any cpu cooler that supports lga 1155, and you'll be fine. In the mean time, 80 degrees will not kill your cpu or make it overheat, but it's probably something you need to address.

I am thinking of getting cooler master falcon hsf

That still looks quite small, Maybe get one of arctics cpu coolers? all of these will be compatible with your cpu : https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu-cooler/#sort=price&page=1
