Hello! I have an Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-57) with Windows 11 Enterprise. 32GB RAM / 3050Ti / 512GB NVMe. Now its weird, my laptop's touch pad is working fine seconds after I bootup, but eventually showing delay or smoothness for a minute or so, then backs to normal, then goes to weird thing again after, so on and so forth.

I used SFC Scannow and DISM, but still like this. Even in Safemode, it goes like this.

Check to see if your laptop has any BIOS updates pending. Following that see if your OS is pending any updates. Just curious, why do you have Windows 11 Enterprise on your gaming laptop?

Have you tried uninstalling your touchpad's drivers and then manually installing the latest driver version sourced from Acer's support site for your laptop?

Even in Safemode, it goes like this.
Even in clean boot for Windows?

I got the latest BIOS version installed. I just get this spare product key on our office. xD

I tried uninstalling the elantech driver, and reinstalling them, still the same. Will try to clean install.

Hi, thank you for the response. I tried booting on Ubuntu via USB, and still becomes laggy. Is this a hardware problem?

Update: It's weird. When I plug my USB Mouse, the touchpad will work fine. But the time I remove the USB Mouse, it becomes slow and laggy.
