Touchpad stops working

i got a new charger ... for my DELL INSPIRON
when i pin it in my touchpad stops working and when i remove it then my touchpad is fine....!!
what to do?

You need to make sure you get a dell charger, not a Chinese or offbrand one, it causes erratic mousepad behaviors any other kind of charger, its something to do with them. with a dell charger everything should work perfectly fine.

Also remove your battery, check what the input voltage for your computer charger is, most likely the one you have is much higher output voltage which can cause this issue.

Buy a charger that outputs the exact voltage and amps required by your computer, you can check on the battery or underneath it
