touchscreen drivers for gateway

l have a Gateway NE56R31u windows 8 upgraded to 10 64 bit, and would like to install touchscreen drivers if any are available or any that will work with this computer ......

There are no Windows 10 drivers for that system.
The 8.1 drivers *might* work:
http://www.gateway.com/gw/en/US/content/drivers-downloads

Failing that, you'll need to rely on Windows update.
