Touchscreen Monitors

I've had a recent urge to buy a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. Do any of you guys have any suggestions of decent touchscreen monitors at a relatively reasonable price? I'm looking for a similar sized monitor to the one I currently have which is 23".

I've had a little look round myself but I'm not really to sure what I'm looking for exactly so any suggestions would be most appreciated.
