Tournys in league rooms

I have a question about tourneys in league rooms. Another ladder is running
tourneys in a shared ladder/league room and flooding the lobby with all the
posts and announments. Also posting the winning of Bux for each player at
the end of each tourney. Which from what i have read in the coc it isn't
allowed. All other ladder/leagues have asked him to stop and now says he
will be doing a tourney two to three times a day instead.
I have copy and pasted the coc section I am referring to below.

Unofficial leagues, ladders, tournaments, and groups are not in any
way affiliated with, nor are they endorsed or supported by, MSN Games. You
must clearly communicate this to all of your participants if you run an
unofficial league, ladder, tournament, or group event and choose to play
your games on MSN Games. If you run an unofficial league, ladder,
tournament, or group event and choose to award prizes, you may not announce
them or present them in the games, in the lobbies, or anywhere else on MSN

Hi Diane,

There's a specific newsgroup you can use for MSN Gaming Zone.

The Zone newsgroup is listed on the left side of this "Community
Newsgroups" windows under " PC Games" > "Game Zone"
