Tower PC randomly chooses GPU

Hallo there,
I have a pretty unusual problem, my PC chooses the working GPU seemingly at random. One time I boot up and the onboard GPU is active, so I have to use the MoBo HDMI out to get a visual signal, the next day it doesn't work anymore but the dedicated GPU works fine and I have to change the HDMI out to my Graphics card. When my PC decides to use onboard I don't even see another GPU in the device manager or any other Hardware Detection Tool, Geforce Experience does not start up and tells me that there is no compatible hardware after i try to start it manually.

Here's what i tried so far:
-BIOS update
-clean Win10 Reinstall
-tried GFExperience and the stand-alone Video drivers
-tried both PCIe Ports on my Board
-fiddled with the BIOS settings regarding the primary GPU
all failed, I get the same random results.

After a lot of frustration, desk bashing and stuff throwing I though it might be my, lets say questionable version of Windows, so for the first time since Win98 I acquired a legit version of Win10, downloaded all 12TB of updates and still got a random GPU switch the next day.

I send my dedicated GPU to the seller, got it back a few weeks later with no problems to be found.
At this point I'm just out of ideas. I just hope someone can help me. Following are my Hardware components:

Asrock Z270 PRO4
Intel Core i5-7400
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Windforce OC 4G
2x Crucial DIMM 8 GB DDR4-2666
Intenso TOP SSD 512 GB, Solid State Drive
/*EDIT*/ Power Supply bequiet Pure Power 10 400W

I hope anybody had a similar problem and knows a workaround or can hint me in a direction,

Greetings
Bob

Tried it. My BIOS offers 3 choices, AUTO, INTEGRATED and PCIE. With options Auto and PCIE the problem still accrues. I haven't tried the INTEGRATED option because I'd like to use my graphics card and don't see how it would help in the troubleshoot 🙁
