TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router

This device works great as long as I never turn the power of at the wall, once I do this and turn back on again there will be no internet connection. I then have to fiddle around on the http://192.168.1.1/ page to get it going again - usually by changing the channel. Does anyone know a way around this? I like to switch it off at night when it is not in use and would like to switch it back on again and have it work without this hassle. Thanks.

Just to be clear its the FIFI that doesnt work? is the channel number changing or staying the same?
