Question TP-Link AC1200 WI-FI Range extender no upload speed

So I have a wireless range extender connected with ethernet to my pc as it cannot accept wifi.
The router is only 8 metres away through a wall and I seriously get 0 mbps upload speed from speedtest.net and only 0.1mbps on google. My download speed is a solid 29-30mbps and my ping is at 19ms.

Is there anything that could be stopping my internet from having a good upload speed? This is extremely hindering my ability to play any multiplayer games, thanks for any reply people!

TP-Link have a number of AC1200 range extender's, which one do you have? I'm asking since they will likely have a firmware update. Also, what is the make and model of your wireless router that's being extended from?

The modem is the "Vodafone Wi Fi Hub Modem"

I will check on the TP link app to see if there is a firmware update and see if that fixes it
