Tp link Losing connection when i download something

Hi,
I use Powerlink for a long time, in particolar Powerlink Tp link av500. But some days ago i have this problem: when i download something (games, videos, or either when i do a speed test or streaming), i lost connection. All the house losts the connection!
Can you help me, please? Thanks!
