[SOLVED] tp-link m3750 4g lte router won't boot

All of a sudden my router just won't start up, devices can't discover the router and it just says "tp-link" on the small screen, I tried the reset button but it doesn't seem to be working , a hard reset has been suggested but I'm afraid this model won't allow it sonce there's no button fo that, just the regular reset button. I'd appreciate some help .

3750? Typo?

I think the model should be 7350 - correct?

Does the following link show your router?

If so, the reset button is accessed via a small hole on the back/bottom of the router.
