Question TP-LINK Powerline Adapter Plug

So,I was thinking of buying a TP-Link Powerline adaptor but I'm wondering if it works through an outlet adapter(ie with different international outlets) or will it only work with the specific outlet on the country I buy it?

Adapter works and ONLY works if it's specifically rated for 110/220 50/60hz. If it doesn't say, and/or u can't find out, and tp-link tech support doesn't answer you, assume NO.

Note you can only run powerline ...assuming it meets the power requirements in the above post...on the simpler physical plug converter types. If you get a converter that has the ability to change 50hz power to 60hz power that will definitely block power lines.
