[SOLVED] TPM 2.0 question

If I enable TPM 2.0 on my pc for upcoming windows 11 software, will I be able to update hard drives, ram, CPU, GPU, etc. in the future? I cannot seem to get a straight answer.

Yes, I can't imagine a consumer OS that doesn't allow for changes/upgrades.
