Question TPM, secure boot, XMP keep getting disabled when power turned off

so i am at my girlfriend's house, she owns a gaming pc, following specs: Asrock b450 k4 p4.80
r5 3600
2x8gb 3200mhz Gskill cl16 memory
gtx 1660
my girlfriend's parents ask her to turn off the power strip off to save energy, she knows not to turn off her pc through the psu switch or the power strip (obviously) yet when she turns off pc through windows>waits till its fully off>turns off power strip her TPM, Secure boot and xmp get disabled, her pc also does a memory check (boots 3 times when firstly booted after power strip is turned on)
i already tried clearing the cmos battery, i might do a BIOS update or reinstall, if any of you have any suggestions at all please lmk
