Transcend 128GB card not working

Hi Everyone,
Till yesterday my 128GB SDXC Transcend card was working fine with my USB card reader. today I tried to put this in a mobile(battery removed), that mobile SD card connector had some issue and very hard to put the SD card inside the connector. Then using did some mechanical adjustment to the SD card connector. was able to insert this card. then Power on the mobile. But Memory card not detected by the phone. Immediately removed the SD card from phone and use the USB card reader but my PC Says to Format and when I tried to format , PC says No Drive E found.
What I feel is this card might have corrupted and Dont know about Microwave solution. Can you anyone give me suggestion on this?

at 128Gb it must still be under warranty. Give transcend a call and see what you need to do to RMA it.

Whatever you saw or read or heard about "Microwave solution".....don't.
