Transfering HDD to SDD

I have a brand new 128gb ssd (san disk) I'm new to all this, I have no clue other than you have to transfer windows from one to the other, any ideas?

Well....1.7TB won't fit into a 128GB SSD.
So there is no 'migrate from one drive to the other' option.

OK...completely different.
~90GB used space.

Reduce that a little bit (get under 80GB or so) , and you can, if you want, migrate from the old drive to the new drive.
Assuming, of course, you are completely satisfied on how the current install works. If there are any issues with the current installation, migrating to the new drive won't fix that.

Easus ToDo, Acronis True Image, Casper...

Connect the new SSD, and migrate from the old drive to the new drive with one of those tools.

They're all pretty self-explanatory. Have on the source and target drives connected, run the software, and follow the directions.
