Transfering parts from a hp h8-1485ea to a new case.

Hi, just wondering would it be possible to transfer everything from a hp h8-1485ea into a new case?

I am doing this so that I can replace my graphics card, PSU and install an SSD. The new case I will be getting will more than likely be a corsair or coolermaster case as I have heard good things about them.

You should be fine as long as the new case takes the same size motherboard.
