I am not sure where to put this. I recently installed an SSDI and transferred the operating system over to it. Unfortunately I did not export my favorites before I did this.

Is there a way that I can recover the Google favorites from my old hard drive to my new one?

Where is the original ("old") hard drive?

If you still have the drive and have not done any deleting, repartitioning, or formatting you may be able to recover the bookmarks.

Reference:

Connect the old hard drive up as a second drive or external USB drive and then use File Explorer to retrieve your bookmarks.

You can also look in previous backups to find the bookmarks if indeed you were backing up the folder(s).
