Transferring files from olympus dp-10 to computer

i have been recording me singing and playing guitar on a Olympus Dp-10 recorder, it only has the old school type plug in, (not sure what it's called, but it's for headphones/ear plug in)

Can I transfer music files from the DP-10 to my computer?

The plug is a mini-phone mono 3.5 mm. You may need some sort of capture card to connect this to your computer. What may be better would be to get yourself a suitable microphone and plug it directly to the computer mic plug. Lot cheaper too.
