Question Trident Z Ram not being recognized

Hello! I just upgraded my chipset from a ASrock B450 To a MSI B550 Tomahawk and upon getting on my computer, my ram isnt recognized in the trident software it just says dram, when i go to Asus Aura software its not recognized in there.

Ive tried. Reseating my ram

Chipset drivers,

reinstalling windows

I got it from microcenter its trident Z RGB at 3200

So it seems i have fixed it for now... i booted one stick of ram in the 3rd slot and changed it too blue, and booted with both and now it works. wierd
