Question trident z rgb controll stays stuck in rainbow?

so i have 2 g.skill tridentz rgb ram

and i downloaded twice (first time same problem) the rgb controll, but it works for 5 secs after changing colour, but then it goes back to rainbow.

how do i make it permanently stay in red?

i have the second newest version (newest did not work at all)
