I have Ryzen 5 1400 and GA AB350 Gaming 3 Motherboard and a [Trident Z RGB] F4-3000C16D-16GTZR. But i'm running at 2133mhz, they said that if the motherboard doesnt support the RAM it will not run on its regulard speed. Some told me that i can try to overclock. However, i did it and failed. I haven't tried to use the XMP profile and set the speed to 2933mhz or 2666mhz because im new on this particular issue. I also updated the bios and here is the RAM im using.

How can i achieve atleast 2933mhz? or is it possible? thanks

Well you can do it manually, this will require adjusting the speed, timings, and DRAM voltage if you want to get up towards 2933mhz. You can try the XMP profile however it may not boot at those speeds. There is also DOCP profiles on many ryzen mobo's, these are profiles for various different speeds with appropriate timings and voltage already pre configured. So you can try one of the DOCP profiles if XMP doesn't work, however I am not familiar with gigabytes bios so I am not sure where DOCP is located. Have a look around it should be with other memory overclock settings I would think.

And yes i tried using the XMP profile and it didnt work. It only has one profile. I tried to adjust the speed manually. Speed & Voltage it works but it didnt seem to be working. Maybe i need to adjust the timing to CL 16-18-18-38. So meaning it may work when i tried to adjust those 3 ? This RAM runs at 1.35v so i think i need to set it there as its voltage.
