So ive read a lot of threads about gaming on triple monitors or a 3D Monitor. But i am curious what is everyone's opinion on 3X27in monitors that are also 3D monitors.

-i know that this is probably a crazy question, and i've heard that i'm crazy for wanting to game on a 3X27in monitor setup (because theres too much to look at and your eyes wont pick everything up in fast pasted games) but i dont care what the system requirements are and i dont care if its "overkill".

- I had decided to get 3 HP Pavilion 27xi Silver / Black 27" 7ms monitors

-But now i want to up the ante and look into 3D also

So in this thread i would like it if you guys would give pro's and con's to having 3X27" 3D Monitors and any suggestions on what monitors would be good would be much appreciated or if you can convince me to just stick with the HP monitors that would be good too.

thank you for your time

I don't know how bezel size will effect the 3D effect with 3 monitors. I don't have 3 monitors. I can say that if I were to get a 3D monitor today, it would probably be the ASUS VG278H. It gets the best reviews for 27" monitors, though BenQ just released a new 27" monitor recently which may also be good.
I have a 27" Acer. I got it before 3D Vision 2 was released, and I still game in 3D most the time, unless I'm playing strategy games.

I have never done 3D Vision Surround, so I cannot tell you what games will or won't work with it. I don't know what you mean by "large corners".

yeah srry that wasnt very descriptive of me, when i meant large corners. if you look at your screen youll notice that it has a border around it typically i guess made of plastic. it is usually like an inch or 2 wide and if you put 3 screens next to each other youll notice they dont sit "screen by screen" next to each other that corner or edge is what i was talking about. if i end up going 3D which i am leaning towards im trying to find of course a 27in and also try to find a monitor with a slim edge. but i do understand sometimes we cant get everything we want haha

very good this is one of the big question i was worried about was the bezel size.

do you remember how much your acer 27in 3D monitor cost?

also guys i have one more question. you all have been a big help. you have successful led me away from AMD and i thank yall for that and it looks like i am also going 3D but i have one more question that will finalize this. it is i guess a myth im not sure ive seen it on like 1 or 2 reviews.
I wear glasses and i am nearsighted ( can see close up not far away) and i have read from like i said a few people saying that nearsighted people that where their glasses while trying to watch 3D will see a horizontal line thus making the experience not very acceptable
