Hello.
I have had Nvidia surround for years and years. Today, after a Windows update, my right monitor is blinking constantly.
This was happening before the windows update, but never constant. It's been happening on and off for a few weeks.
Steps taken to trouble shoot:
My system:
Windows 10
MSI ACE motherboard with LEGACY BIOS 2.8
MSI GTX 2080 TI gaming Trio
32G 4200 RAM
EVGA 1000G2 power supply
This seemed to happen when I installed an old game form Steam, but it could be a coincidence. (I uninstalled the game, no help)
Before I do a last ditch effort of reinstalling Windows, I thought I would try here for help.

Steps taken to trouble shoot:
- install new Nvidia driver
- Swapped video card for another to test if it was the card.
- TV test. no flickering using anything else or on a dif port.
- new HDMI cable
- new direct port to HDMI converter.
- dif PCIE spot on my board.
