triple monitor setup - no DP or DVI on monitors

Right, Dell Optiplex 7010 with VGA and 2 x Display Ports.

Monitors all Dell S2416H with only VGA and HDMI

Am i out of luck getting all three connected by getting two of these?

and using the PC's VGA connector.

Different monitors not a option as the user wants these monitors.

Worst case can I connect 3 monitors via DP to VGA, VGA and DP (using a different monitor)

I wouldn't use VGA if you can avoid. I would get DP to HDMI for the two you can connect with digital interfaces. VGA is the worst picture quality.

Use VGA and two DisplayPort to HDMI adapters.
