Triple Play 2000

Alright so i need help!! I resently decided to play a game i used to have lots of fun with and its called Trippe Play 2000 for the PC. I put game in my PC and try to launch the installer. once i click on instal an error message pops up saying,

E:\setup\english\setup.exe
The operating system denied access to the specified file

is there any way to fix it so i can play the game?

I am currently trying to install this game on my HP Pavilion g4 Notebook PC which is running Windows 8.

All the help I can get is much appreciated.

It might be some of the issues. I'd probably wait for a patch or something to come out, but you probably shouldn't take my word for it.

Or if it is a game made in 2000 you might not be able to play it since it is outdated. But I dunno.
