Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

1| You might want to mention the make and model of your headset.
2| You might want to include images, to show the extent of the damage
3| Did you hook the headset up to the rear ports and see if the issue persists?

or do you mean the audio connector on the case is bent out(seeing how you posted this thread in the cases section)?

You'll have to replace the 3.5mm audio jack socket on the front panel if it's suffered serious damage. Easier said than done if your case manufacturer doesn't supply spares. You could just buy a 3.5mm socket on its own, pull off the front panel, cut out the bent socket and solder the new one in, then use epoxy adhesive to secure the "bodge". Alternatively, just buy a 3ft/1m 3.5mm extension cable and plug the headphones into the back.

You could have bent one of the fingers inside of the female side on the computer or had a wire break. I bet it's a finger.

With a good eye and lighted magnifying glass and a set those eye glasses screw drivers to tighten your seeing glasses work great in small places. If the finger is slightly bent you can gently try to realign.
