I recently got in an accident and lost my left arm among other injuries but i still want to play games. Ive been trying to bind keys to hold upon sliding the pedals. Any suggestions to fix this since im stuck playing warthunder as its my only game to accept axis movement?

If you do a web search for "foot mouse" you will find a bunch of things that can be used with feet. Things like this https://www.disabled-world.com/assistivedevices/computer/footime.php

Or are you specifically looking to use this product for the flight sim and having issues?

I actually already have pedals{https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster...467&s=gateway&sr=8-1-fkmrnull&tag=googhydr-20} but im having trouble getting them to work with or bind keys to pedals for games like Rust. I can bind the toe brakes to keys but not the sliding axes.
