When trying to install windows onto the pc I have just built I get the error Can't install windows Error 0x80300002 at the "Where do you to install windows" step. Help please? Thanks

I only have 1 Hard Drive and that's the only thing connected except for when I tried installing using a DVD

I have a
Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Things I have tried-
-Installing from USB
-Installing using DVD
-A different hard drive
-Installing Windows 10 & 7

Thanks

Solution
If it's a new hard drive, it needs to be formatted first. As above, go into the Advanced set up and format the drive. Then install the OS.

if the old hard drive was used or had a partion on it that the error. boot up using windows 10 usb stick. go into advance mode and delete all partions that are on the hard drive then reboot and see if it pass. in the bios make sure the mb has the newest bios file and intel csm is off and both efi and legacy bios under boot is on. if not you can get errors. also under sata port set them to achi not ide mode.
