Trouble Logging On To My Account

Hi there, I currently have a computer running Windows 7 Professional with two accounts one is an Administrator(my account) and one is a Standard Account(My mom's account) and my account has a password but my moms account does not. Anyway, for some reason when I try to logon to my account it says "The User Profile Service Failed to logon" "User Profile Cannot be Loaded". So basicly I cannot get onto my account and that is preventing me from do anything that requires admin privileges and getting to any of my files.
