Hello there,
So I have a pc that I put together around 5 years ago and it's been working pretty good until I upgraded the gpu to a rx 6700 it worked fine for another 6 month before I randomly started getting these vga errors on my motherboard. I would reset the bios reseed the ram and gpu, discharge the static etc. it would work fine for a week maybe two then the same issue again, it stayed like this for another few months until now everytime I turn on I have to dabble in it until it randomly decides to work.
Things I've tried to fix this issue
Using another power supply.
Using one stick of ram which works until it doesn't .
Using a whole other board.
Disconnecting every thing except the absolute necessities.
I honestly thought it was the board causing this issue but I've tried another one and same error prevails.
Specs:
MSI B450 pro vhd max
R5 3600
XFX Rx 6700
16gb of team group darkz 3200 cl16 ram
