[SOLVED] Trouble with a wifi adapter

Basically I bought a pc off a guy awhile back its a good pc but it doesn't have a on board WIFI adapter built into motherboard he gave me a WIFI adapter when I bought the pc but I haven't been able to get it working i have it installed in the slot and the light comes on but the driver isn't showing up in device manager at least not that I'm aware.
(Idk if that ethernet Controller is it or not either)
i7 2600 3.40GHz
12GB ram
OS 64-bit

In Device Manager, right click the Intel network adapter.

Select Properties at the bottom. The resulting screen will provide much more information about the device.
