Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I have tried everything,
What is it that you've tried to exhaustion before creating your account and this thread...?

A dozen youtube videos with the same advice over and over

(Device manager -> update driver or search for updates) - No result

(Device manager -> crtl+v hardware id and search for it) - many simlar problems but no solutions, i did however find some kind of relation to thunderbolt or something named cypress, i had installed the thunderbolt driver already but i checked it again and with no result

thats everything i have figured unfortunately

Did you install all drivers listed here;
manually in an elevated command?

Manually install the latest chipset drivers sourced from here;
https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am5/x670e.html
