Trouble with remote desktop windows 8.1

I would like to connect to my pc using "Microsoft Remote Desktop" on my Galaxy S5.
I'm not sure what info I need for this part of the setup

I've entered my ip address and the name of my pc, None of them work...

Are these settings correct ? Sorry it's small but I'm not sure how to make it bigger. It says "allow remote connections to this computer" below that it says "Allow connections only from computers running remote desktop with network level authentication"

Are you trying to remote in on the same network as the pc?
Also, try unchecking "Allow connections only from computers running remote desktop with network level authentication"
Under credentials, put: "name of your pc\the username you log in with" (example GAMING\BOB )
Also, the username that you use to log in with needs to have a password assigned to it.

Yes,it is on the same network. I have my Galaxy S5 connected to the wi-fi in my home.So I use just use the same password I normally use when logging in ?
