Troubles with booting

Hi everyone.
Everytime I first turn on my computer (that is, when the PSU is just switched on), the fans inside and outside the system run for a while, then the entire system shuts down. A few seconds after this, the system turns on by itself and runs properly again.

I know this isn't a too big deal, but I'm afraid that whatever's causing this might cause some other problems too.

IMO, I think it has something to do with either my PSU or RAM. I have a Seasonic PSU and some Corsair Vengeance ram.

Can anybody help please?

Run the system with the GPU out, and only 1 stick of RAM inserted and see if the problem goes away. Also, make sure the system is plugged into a good surge suppressor.
